The Concerned Watertown Homeowner’s Association is a group of Watertown homeowners who stand for and support taking all necessary actions that assist in protecting our home’s value through the effective and efficient use of government resources (including the continued improvement of all town services) in a manner which is fair and affordable for all homeowners.

What’s the issue?

The town has hired an architecture firm (Gamble Associates) to begin researching ways to implement additional design review. They call it “preserving our neighborhoods.”

We call it an infringement on our property rights that will cost homeowners thousands of dollars.

What can you do?

Become better informed and make your voice heard. Call your Town Councilor and tell him/her that you do not want to lose any more property rights. Check back for updates on these upcoming issues.

If you have a couple of hours per month, we could use your assistance in many different ways such as delivering flyers, placing a sign on your lawn, and more.
